The Bronzy Jacamar (Galbula leucogastra) is a species of bird in the family Galbulidae. It is found in north-central South America in the Amazon Basin and the Guianas.
Males Bronzy Jacamar are iridescent coppery-green, with a white throat, dark green head and black bill. Females are a duller version of the males with a buffy throat. The tail in both sexes is gray with iridescent green central feathers. Both sexes have a pale belly. They forage in mid and high canopy in interior forest for insects.
