PhotosBoning up on trade agreementsBy Stabroek News November 27, 2017 Foreign Service Officers and representatives from several ministries, government agencies and the private sector are benefiting from a series of workshops on “Aspects of Guyana’s Economic Diplomacy-Trade Negotiations” led by Ambassador Louis Poisson (inset) of the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO). These workshops are intended to provide attendees with a broader understanding of international trade agreements and how they impact local businesses. CESO is an international development organisation that focuses on sustainable change and growth by providing technical assistance through volunteers to strengthen the private sector as well as the systems and institutions that support it.
