The Guyana Police Force says it has been made aware of a video circulating on social media that shows a Traffic rank and a civilian involved in a scuffle.
The matter is currently under investigation by the Office of Professional Responsibility and statements have already been taken, a statement from the police today said.
The video circulating on Facebook shows the uniformed policemen punching and beating the civilian.
