Dear Editor,
The 2018 Budget is one of the biggest ever and was prepared early by the APNU+AFC government of President David Granger. It is the PPP/C opposition’s duty to query the budget in its entirety. Since the budget was presented early, there should have been more time allocated to query it.
The real question is whether the opposition has been allowed enough time to query the 2018 Budget. Or has the APNU+AFC government muzzled the political opposition to prevent this scrutiny?
