Dear Editor,
It seems chaotic scenes and unparliamentary conduct and behaviour are not peculiar to Guyana. They can be found in other parliaments, of recent in Uganda, where not only the police, but soldiers invaded the building and scuffles broke out.
There is no report of any parliamentarian being suspended, though.
