In the last Sunday Stabroek in the feature story ‘The Ramsaroop sisters: Continuing a proud tradition of service to the poor’ it was inadvertently stated that the home receives a monthly subvention of $1M from the state. The home in fact receives an annual subvention of $1M. Stabroek News regrets the error and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
