Relatives of a Mahaicony resident who has been missing for the past five days, are desperate for his safe return.
Rakesh Bhajnram, 34, a guard at the Mahaicony Primary School for the past eight years, has been reported missing by his sister along with other relatives.
Jai (only name given) a family member, stated that Bhajnram was last seen on Tuesday when relatives took him to the Mahaicony hospital where he received medical treatment and was sent home.
The family, later returned to their premises around 11, he noted.
Early the following morning when family members awoke Bhajnram, a father of one, was nowhere to be found.
Checks were subsequently made around the premises but to no avail.
Bhajnram’s eldest sister told this newspaper that her brother suffered from a slight nerve problem, but feared that something has happened to him.
She added that a missing person’s report has been filed with the police and that they are hoping for his safe return.
