Dear Editor, When the news broke that columnists, Dr David Hinds, executive member of the WPA, and prominent trade unionist Mr Lincoln Lewis were banned from the Guyana Chronicle newspaper, I was certain that the decision to stop publishing the ‘Hind  Sight’, and ‘Eye on Guyana’ columns was one made by the government either at the formal or informal levels.
