Light Town Primary School Students see water finally flowing from one of the newly installed stand pipes in the community on Thursday, when Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) commissioned a new water supply system that will supply Deutichem to Light Town on the East Bank of Berbice, Region Six. The company said some 45 households have gained first-time access to potable water, which is being provided on a 24 hour basis and sourced from the Edingburgh Pump Station. (GWI photo)
