Dear Editor,
It was with sadness I read of the passing of Peola Carrington Yarde, former teacher of St . Margaret’s School.
I worked with Mrs.Yarde at the school during the 70s.
Mrs Yarde was a joy to work with. She was a special person and I know her former students would attest to her affability and striking personality, always with a smile and her hallmark of being well dressed, well groomed and well spoken.
My condolences to her family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
