The deterioration of two recently built bridges on Vlissingen Road (Cemetery Road) is taking place rapidly not far away from the Police Outpost, as follows: –
1. These were only built about three months ago, one would have thought that prime full lengths greenheart would have been used and the ends secured in asphalt but lots of short pieces were used which caused the raising up when vehicles are passing.
2. The contractors had to be inexperienced and Government Inspectors paid no heed, the whole thing is all shoddy work.
3. Now several pieces of the flooring have to be replaced.
Please send your cameraman to take a look – what a waste of taxpayers’ money.
