Canadian NGO pays courtesy call on Chief Education Officer

Hands across the Nations (HATN) a Canadian non-governmental organization with over twenty years of working in a number of sectors around the world including education, recently paid a courtesy call on Chief Education Officer (CEO) Marcel Hutson (third from right). During the interface, a release from the Ministry of Education said that the officials discussed opportunities that they can address in Guyana for the advancement of the education sector. According to HATN, Literacy, Special Education Needs (SEN), Teacher training, Music in schools and sports are some of the areas that HATN will be providing support.
