At last some movement to revive our neglected beautiful Town Hall.
For some time our City Engineer’s Office has been saved from decay. Yet alongside it the Town Hall crumbled further and further into total decay.
Now, they mumble, no money. Why don’t they issue tax free bearer bonds of say 4% per annum interest? Such bonds could be used to pay your annual town taxes.
As regards your habitat, camp out! There is an empty space east of the Engineer’s Office, use it to erect a small building for your tax collection and get a large tent for your Town Hall meetings.
The Councilors must make it happen, that is their work. Not to rent a building at a dubious rate.
