Dear Editor,
If a lawyer or anyone from the PUC is reading this letter, please advise me how I can sue GTT for harassment. At 2:18am, a robocall was made to my phone to tell me that my internet bill was paid. There are only two reasons for a call to my house at 2:18am and a robocall from GTT is not one of those reasons.
Cut it out GTT. Do not ever call me again for no reason whatsoever. Send me a letter in the mail.
First, they used to call during the day but after getting caught once, I never answered a call from that number again. Then they started calling from a private number, and thankfully, I got caught only once with that because they used to call during the day when I was at work. But at 2:18am now? That is harassment of the highest order. Am I the only person in Guyana who gets these robocalls? And why has no one ever complained before? This is totally unacceptable and I would think, against the law. Cut it out GTT. Take my number off your list.
Yours faithfully,
Jennifer Bulkan
