The Hamilton Green 9-a-side Inter-Ward Football Championship resumes today at the Den Amstel Community ground with 10 matches.
In the opening encounter, Newtown Kitty opposes Zeelugt from 16:00hrs while Alexander Village battles Kuru-Kururu from 16:30hrs.
At 17:00hrs, Soesdyke tackles Sophia, Bagotsville squares off against Plaisance from 17:30hrs and Sara Lodge engages Jetty at 18:00hrs.
In the sixth clash Wales battle Vergenoegen from 18:30hrs, Agricola collides with Wolves at 19:00hrs and Goed Fortuin matches skill with De Kindren from 19:30hrs.
The final two matches will pit Sparta Family against Den Amstel Back Street from 20:00hrs and Crane against Kitty at 20:30hrs.
Winner of the competition will pocket $400,000 and the championship trophy, while the second, third and fourth place finisher will receive $200,000, $60,000 and $40,000 respectively.
Also, the four resulting semi-finalists will pocket hampers from Ricks & Sari Industries.
The Highest Goal Scorer will collect a Lazy boy Chair from compliments of A.H & L Kissoon and a Dinette Set compliment of China Trading while the Most Valuable Player [MVP] will walk-away with a special prize from Techno Mills.
