Efforts by the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) to restore prepaid connectivity to all affected vendors have resulted in significant success.
Thus far, most of our vendors are providing GPL Inc. prepaid token services through SurePay and Bill Express are back online. Additional-ly, services remain accessible through the Guyana Post Offices countrywide and all GPL Inc commercial locations.
Unfortunately, Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) services remain offline as restorative work continues.
We sincerely regret the extended inconvenience for our Customers who utilize MMG Services primarily and advise the interim use of other available services.
Both GTT and GPL Inc. remain committed to resolving these technical difficulties in the shortest time possible.
Our Company remains committed to providing updates as they become available.
