(Reuters) – A magnitude 5.6 quake struck off the Caribbean coast of Central America at 3:56 ET (2056 GMT), the U.S. Geological Survey said today.
Originally listed at 5.9 magnitude, the quake had a depth of 6.2 miles (10 km) and was centered 60 miles (96 km) northeast of San Andres y Providencia, Colombia, the USGS said.
There was no significant tsunami threat, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said
