Kacey Chapman, the taxi driver who was charged along with two others last week with the unlawful possession of guns and ammunition, was yesterday once again brought before a city court, where he was accused of a carjacking and robbery.
Chapman, it is alleged, on May 22nd, 2018, in Tucville, Georgetown, in the company of another and armed with a gun, robbed Rasheed Pasha of a car valued $1.7 million, a cellular phone, valued $40,000, and a gold chain, valued $200,000 and $20,000 in cash.
Chapman, who was represented by attorney Siand Dhurjon, pleaded not guilty to the charge, which was read to him by Magistrate Marissa Mittelholzer in Georgetown.
