The production, at the Theatre Guild Playhouse in Kingston, was titled “Calle Pureza”, a release from the BK Group said. Under the patronage of Minister of Social Protection, Amna Ally, the concert was put on by the Honorary Consul of Spain to Guyana, Brian Tiwarie and Ambassador of Spain to Guyana, Javier Carbojosa. All proceeds from the ticket sales were donated to the Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre.Comments
