A vendor who was allegedly involved in the theft of a motorcycle was granted bail on Monday at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Derek Favorite was granted $70,000 bail after he denied a charge which alleged that between December 12 and 13, he stole a motorcycle valued $285,000 from Jelina Kelvin at her residence in the city.
The accused pleaded not guilty and Magistrate Leron Daly granted him bail pending completion of the investigation.
The matter was adjourned until January 21, 2019.
