Twelve lucky shoppers won prizes in Distribution Services Limited’s (DSL) Cash & Carry’s ‘Free Groceries’ drawing which took place last weekend at the DSL Cash & Carry’s Sheriff Street’s parking lot.
According to a DSL press release, customers who shopped during the months of November and December 2018 were given a coupon for every $5,000 spent at the DSL Cash & Carry Diamond, Ruimveldt & Sheriff Street locations.
Aneila Zamaluddin of Lot 6 Dowding Street, Kitty, Georgetown, won herself a year’s worth of free groceries.
The visibly excited Zamaluddin noted that DSL Cash & Carry was her favourite place to shop and that she was happy about winning the grand prize. She affirmed her support for DSL and pledged to continue shopping there.
The DSL release also disclosed that Parmeshwar Netram won himself three months of free groceries, while Dwayne Trotman, Ashley Harris, Sherwa Hargobin, Winifred James-Kippins and Subrina Rameshawar each won one month’s free groceries. In addition, Chandrani Gangram, Tabitha Harris, Himanchal Indardeo, Savitri Jaigobin and Christa Simmons all won back their purchases for the day.
General Manager of Distribution Services Limited, Bryan Prittipaul, congratulated the winners and noted that the company was very pleased to give back to its customers for their support in 2018.
