(Jamaica Observer) A reward of $100,000 is being offered through Crime Stop for information leading to the whereabouts of missing US citizen Janice Palmer.
According to reports, Palmer was last seen leaving her home along Argyle Road, Kingston 5 on Thursday November 16, 2017. It is believed she was on her way to do some business with person(s) unknown.
However, no one has seen or heard from Palmer since that time.
