According to the facts on the case, on the day in question at around 5 pm, police, acting on information, went to the home of the defendants, observed them and conducted a search on the premises, where both drugs were found in separate containers near a garbage heap.

Attorney Adrian Thompson entered an appearance for them and he told the court that the narcotics were found in a communal bin which was 45 feet away from Edgar Lawson’s house and other persons were in the unsecured yard.

Police Prosecutor Sanj Singh had no objection to bail being granted to the mother and son. They were each placed on bail in the sum of $50,000 and the matters were adjourned until April 5th, 2019.
