Starr, Lenova talking computers for the oil and gas sector: Focus on oil and gas: Starr Computers is currently hosting a visit to Guyana by Lenovo Accountant Executive Mike Thorburn during which time the Lenovo official has been engaging the Brickdam-based company on further collaborative possibilities between the two entities. Stabroek Business understands that much of the focus of the current discourse will be on further collaboration between the local company and the world-ranked computer manufacturer in the marketing of computers specifically designed to operate in the demanding conditions of the oil and gas industry.
During a brief exchange with Stabroek Business yesterday Mohan confirmed that Starr Computers expects to collaborate with Lenovo in the initiative in the pursuit of which Starr is likely to be engaging EXXON Mobil and other companies engaged with Guyana’s Oil and Gas sector, going forward.
