Dear Editor,
It is now eight weeks since Dr Brian O’Toole was shot in the driveway of his home; ten days since I first wrote pointing out the lack of police action on this matter. Since then, the silence from the GPF has been stunning. No updates, no arrests, no news. Just what are they doing? Should we not be told?
This case does not need the investigatory powers of a Guyanese Sherlock Homes – do the Police need a foreign expert to come and crack it for them? Time to act Minister Ramjattan!
