After registering their first win of the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Colonial Medical Insurance Women’s Super50 competition, Guyana will come up against an undefeated Barbados today at the National Stadium in round four.
It is another do-or-die situation for the hosts, having lost their first two matches to Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
Barbados, on the other hand, have already disposed of the Leeward Islands, Jamaica and Windward Islands convincingly.
Guyana has shown promising results in the last match with Shabika Gajnabi stroking a half century as well as a solid top order partnership with Sheneta Grimmond while Mandy Mangru found form with the ball as well.
