Former England youth international and English Football League championship player Callum Harriott will make his debut for the Golden Jaguars
in their CONCACAF Nations League clash today at the the Leonora Track and Field Facilty.
According to a press release from the Guyana Football Federation (GFF), Hariott, the 25-year-old Reading star player, has received the requisite clearance from FIFA and will represent Guyana in their bid to qualify for the 2019 Gold Cup.
A win for the Golden jaguars will guarantee them their first ever Gold Cup qualification.
“I felt that this was an opportunity that I had to grasp and I’m excited to get going,” Harriott said.
“I hope to bring a lot of goals playing good football and getting the right results,” he added.
