The quarterfinal round in the Milo Secondary School Football Championship starts today at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue.
At 13:00hrs, Charlestown Secondary will oppose Annandale Secondary, with the Bishops’ High engaging President’s College from 15:00hrs.
The event resumes tomorrow [Sunday] at the same venue. Christianburg/Wismar will take aim at Vergenoegen from 13:00hrs, while Lodge Secondary will oppose St. John’s College at 15:00hrs.
Winner of the competition receives $500,000 towards a school project and the championship trophy.
Similarly, the second, third and fourth-placed sides pocket $300,000, $200,000 and $100,000 respectively towards a school initiative and a trophy.
