The Guyana Badminton Association (GBA)/E-Networks B-Division Easter Badminton Tournament will begin today at the National Gymnasium from 17:30-22:30hrs.
According to a GBA press release, “the tournament is for all upcoming players to get a chance to showcase their skills and have (a) chance to medal which will help in their development goals.”
The release further stated that “all National & A-Players are not allowed to play in this tournament as it’s for B-Players only.”
The tournament will be for both male and female players and will also feature a Consolation round to give the players who get knocked out in the first round, another chance to still be in the tournament.
The GBA stated that it would like to thank E-Networks for coming on board and it looks forward to their continuous support towards the development of the badminton players.
