Jumbo Jet Racing Stable mates, Don’t Over Look and Valentina were the stars of the Triple Crown which concluded on Sunday at the Port Mourant Turf Club.
Don’t Over Look won the feature C and lower event for the second time in two starts, while Valentina swept all three jewels in the crown in the Three Year-Old Guyana bred event.
With victory in all three legs, Valentina earned the $500,000 winning bonus.
Don’t Over Look which sat out the second leg, finished ahead of another stable mate, Vera’s Finally, Settling Star and TNT to run away with the $1M first prize.
Meanwhile, earlier in the day, ‘Ready to Romance’ galloped to the first place trophy in the ‘I’ Class race ahead of Miss Olympic who finished in second.
The L-Class Open was all ‘Gold Again’ with ‘Touch The Cash’ finishing second.
Keep on Swinging It and Red Rocket from Trinidad and Tobago, were the top horses in the H Class event. In the J Class event, Miss Olympic galloped ahead of Red Region, Gold and Mary Ann.
In the Non-Earner 1300m event, First Prince of Hyper Active Racing Stable and Upfront finished as the top two horses, while Silver Charm came in third position.
