Timehri Panthers reached the final of the East Bank Football Association leg of the KFC Independence Knockout Cup, defeating Grove Hi-Tech 3-1 yesterday at the National Training Centre, Providence.
Sean Steele, Ishmael Pulsaram and Joe DeFreitas scored in the 22nd, 25th and 82nd minute respectively. For Grove Hi-Tech

Over at the Den Amstel ground, Pouderoyen edged Eagles 3-2. Akimbo Henry, Devin Gaskin and Keanu Lawrence scored for Pouderoyen in the eighth, 27th and 50th minute respectively.
For Eagles, Garry Mingo and Terrence Blair scored in the 19th and 85th minute correspondingly.
Similarly, Den Amstel edged Uitvlugt 2-1. Mitchell McKend handed the visitors the lead in the third minute, only for Thadeus Edwards to equalise in the 10th minute.
The home side was given the perfect opportunity to take the lead, as Jonathan Leach was issued a red card for handling the ball inside the penalty area. Tasked with taking the spot-kick Malcolm Miggins made no mistake as he converted moments later.
In earlier fixtures, Snatchers FC edged Gladiators 3-2 at the Saints Sports Club ground. Ledson DaSilva bagged a double in the third and 34th minute while Jarred George scored in the 36th minute.
For Gladiators, Eric Atkinson and Orlando Francis scored in the 54th and 58th minute respectively.
