Dear Editor,
Who paid the expenses of First Lady Sandra Granger, Director of the Department of Energy, Dr. Mark Bynoe and accompanying entourage for the visit to attend the commissioning of ExxonMobil’s Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel, the Liza Destiny in Singapore?
I could not ascertain from the media reports to date and I would appreciate the information before further comment or speculation.
