Jamadar sworn in as CCJ judge

(Trinidad Guardian) Jus­tice Pe­ter Ja­madar has been sworn in as a Caribbean Court of Jus­tice (CCJ) judge.

The swear­ing in took place yesterday morn­ing at Pres­i­dent’s House.

Ja­mad­har be­comes the fourth lo­cal judge to hold such a po­si­tion in the CCJ.

The first was Jus­tice Michael De La Bastide, who was al­so the court’s pres­i­dent, Rol­ston Nel­son and Mau­reen Ra­j­nauth-Lee.
