Royston Rowe, who was recently released from prison after serving two years for armed robbery, is now back behind bars after being charged with the unlawful possession of a gun.
Rowe, 31, of Newtown, Kitty, initially pleaded guilty to the charge against him, which was read by Principal Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus in a city court yesterday.
The charge states that on July 16th, at Campbell Avenue, Georgetown, he had in his possession a .38 revolver without being the holder of a firearm licence.
