Dear Editor,
Law abiding and decent citizens are being asked and expected to become lawless by being an active participant in the H2H registration exercise currently taking place and which collides with our moral and ethical principles and practices.
Does a constitutional agency which should ensure respect, adherence and compliance with laws have the moral authority to abdicate this responsibility?
