(Trinidad Guardian) An 18-month-old boy was Tuesday night listed in a serious condition at the Port-of-Spain General Hospital after he fell from an apartment located on the fourth floor of a Housing Development Corporation (HDC) building.
The incident occurred sometime after 9 am at Irving Lane Apartments, East Dry River, Port -of-Spain.
According to the reports, the toddler fell from the fire escape of his parent’s apartment.
He was subsequently taken to the hospital by relatives.
