Works are expected to be undertaken to rectify a developing depression on the eastern side of the Kitty roundabout, according to Ministry of Public Infrastructure engineer Sherod Parkinson.
The ministry indicated last week that it was monitoring the development.
When Parkinson was contacted, he related that there appears to be a slight depression, which he said was due to the increase in the load of vehicular traffic, which would have caused some settlement underground.
He confirmed that some works will be done by the ministry to rectify the situation but was unable to say when they would start.
