KINGSTOWN, St Vincent, CMC – All three matches in the CWI Under-19 Championship fell victim to torrential rains here yesterday, as the fourth round was abandoned without a ball bowled.
A strong tropical wave in the Eastern Caribbean accounted for the heavy rainfall.
Leaders Barbados were scheduled to face Windward Islands at Park Hill, title-holders Guyana were expected to fake on Jamaica at Cumberland while Leeward Islands and Trinidad and Tobago were carded to clash at Arnos Vale Stadium.
The final round of matches are set for tomorrow.
