The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) today said that it had recommended that a sexual assault charge be laid against CJIA manager Andre Kellman in a complaint lodged by a person working at the airport.
A release from the DPP’s Chambers said that the file has been returned to the police with the advice of a charge for sexual assault.
