Pouderoyen FC mauled newcomer Genesis by a 12-2 score when the West Demerara Football Association/Trophy Stall U11 League continued yesterday at the Crane Community Centre ground.
The duo of David Williams and Teon Kennedy combined for 11 goals in the lopsided contest. Williams recorded his six goal haul in the second, fourth, 17th, 20th, 35th and 40th minute.
On the other hand, Kennedy etched his name on the scorer’s sheet on five occasions in the 14th, 19th, 33rd, 37th and 39th minute. Adding a goal to the score was Jermain Garrett in the 36th minute.
For the losers, an own goal opened the scoring in the 21st minute while Jaren Boucher and Jaquain Smith found the back of the net in the 22nd and 28th minute respectively.
