Opposition supporters yesterday staged a small picketing exercise on Independence Drive, Four Corner, Parfaite Harmonie calling on the government to resign and call elections. The protestors emerged on the arrival of Minister of Public Security Khemraj Ramjattan for the commissioning of the Parfaite Harmonie Police Station yesterday afternoon. Even though, the protestors were prevented from picketing in front of the station, they were heard chanting, among other things, “Illegal government! Ramjattan illegal! Granger Illegal!
