A simple larceny accused heard that the charge against him was dismissed yesterday after witnesses repeatedly failed to show up for the proceedings.
The charge stated that on July 10th, at Robb Street, Bourda, Mark Boodhoo stole cash and articles amounting to a total of $249,500.
Boodhoo had pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was first read to him and on Thursday, he was quick to remind Magistrate Dylon Bess that he had been promised at the last court hearing that if no witnesses in the matter made an appearance, the matter would be dismissed.
