The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) has released this weekend’s fixtures which feature two first-division matches and four second-division encounters.
The Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC), which hammered the University of Guyana (UG) on the back of a double century from Guyana Jaguars skipper Leon Johnson will battle the Guyana Defence Force (GDC) at GCC in GISE, Star Party Rental and Trophy Stall first-division, two-day championship while Everest will take on the Transport Sports Club (TSC) in the other encounter. Those encounters bowl off today from 09:30hrs.
Meanwhile, second-division action will see the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) hosting Police while TSC will battle Everest at TSC. UG, on the other hand, will face Third Class at the Muslim Youth Organisation (MYO) ground while Ace Warriors face the Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) home.
