Hikers Cadets, SHC Savages, GCC the Sequel and SHC Shockwaves registered wins in the men’s second-division of the latest round of the Bounty Paper Towel – Quicker Picker Upper- men and women’s Outdoor, second-division and the Solo Drinks Under-20 men and women’s Outdoor Development Leagues at the Saint Stanislaus College Ground Sunday.
Cadets defeated YMCA Old Fort Rusty 4-1 while Savages edged YMCA Old Fort Aces 3-2 in an exciting encounter.
Sequel, who are sailing through the tournament, defeated their GCC counterparts Bounty GCC 4-0 on the back of a brace from Devin Hooper.
The final match in that division saw Shockwaves accounting from Old Fort Rusty 4-1 courtesy of two strikes past the upright from Baraka Garnet who led the scoring.
Meanwhile, the lone male Under – 20 fixture saw GCC Pitbulls defeating SHC Samurai 2-0 while Saints received a walkover from OF Bellas. The leagues continue Saturday.
