The Georgetown Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (GCUSA) is set to host itsr Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 28.
The event is set to begin from 17.00 hours is billed for the Mayor and City Council Union Hall Building, Woolford Avenue the lection of officer bearers is high on the agenda.
According to a release from the body, “members are asked to note that resolutions and amendments must be presented at least one month prior to the meeting.”
Incumbent, Arleigh Rutherford has served at the helm of the body since 2016.
Rutherford was re-elected unopposed and Delvin Austin as his deputy.
Karen Bobb-Semple Weatherspoon was elected as secretary of the organisation along with Kelvin Morris as the Treasurer and Stephon Josiah as the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer.
Ravishwer Lattif was also trusted in the capacity of Public Relations Officer and the committee members include Guyana Cricket Board Territorial Development Officer and former West Indies cricketer, Colin Stuart, former vice-president of the GCUSA and former Headmaster of Essequibo Islands Secondary, Moses Ramnarine, Heuvel Cunha and Deon Feassal.
