Transport Sports Club (TSC) recorded an innings and 29-run win over Bel Air Rubis at the Queen’s College Ground in the latest round of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA), Noble House Seafoods, second-division, two-day competition at the weekend.
Bel Air, batting first, were dismissed for 84 in 30 overs with the consistent Mark Baptiste capturing 3-13. Rafael Singh (3-21) and Shaun Massiah (2-4) were the other major wicket takers.
TSC in their first innings reply made 219 all out securing a first innings lead of 135.Devaughn Nandan (70) struck another half century which included 10 sixes and two fours.
