During his arraignment at a city court yesterday, Shamal Plass admitted to the illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
His sentencing was deferred pending a probation report.
Plass pleaded guilty with explanation to two charges which stated that on November 3rd, at Georgetown, he illegally had in his possession a .38 revolver and three live rounds of matching ammunition. The charges were read by Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
