A youth accused of stabbing his co-worker with a broken beer bottle was yesterday remanded to prison after he was charged with the crime.
Vivian Christian, 21, denied the charge that on November 7th, 2019, at Stonehill Backdam, Cuyuni, he unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon Rajesh Lall.
Prosecutor Gordon Mansfield objected to bail after the charge was read by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court One.
