Minister of Social Protection, Amna Ally; Minister of State, Dawn Hastings-Williams and Minister of Public Service, Tabitha Sarabo-Halley, yesterday, engaged the Guyana Public Service Union (GPSU).
The Department of Public Infor-mation (DPI) said that the meeting started promptly at 16:30hrs at the Ministry of Social Protection’s (MOSP) East and Lamaha streets, Georgetown Office. It saw the ministerial team along with GPSU’s President, Patrick Yarde and Vice President Dawn Gardener, discussing among other things, the enhancing of Public Servants’ (PS) pay and allowances.
Last Friday, the GPSU complained about arbitrary payouts from the government.
