A man was yesterday granted bail after denying a damage-to-property charge.
Twenty-eight-year-old Kester Gibbons of 61 Bent Street, Georgetown, was arraigned at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts before Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty and denied that on October 12th at Bent Street, he unlawfully and maliciously damaged a motor canter windscreen, valued $114,000, property of Rodwell Coon.
With no objection to bail from the Court Prosecutor, he was released on $50,000 bail. The matter was adjourned until December 11th for statements.
